  2. CVC agrees to provide suitable facilities for the care and feed of the mare and/or foal. Mare Owner agrees to pay for care and feed at the rate of $35.00 per day for board for the mare and $37.00 per day for the mare/foal, to be billed on a monthly basis by Cobb Veterinary Clinic and due and payable within ten days of billing date. All other expenses, including veterinarian expenses, farrier (if necessary), etc. will be billed monthly and will be due and payable within ten days of billing date. All board and expenses must be paid before mare leaves CVC.
  3. Cobb Veterinary Clinic ("CVC") will exercise reasonable judgment in care and supervision of mare and/or foal. CVC will examine mare for normal breeding conditions and will administer mare care as deemed necessary for the health and safety of the mare and/or foal.
